Microsoft 365, email and new starters
Accounts, mailboxes, Teams and shared files set up for new people, and switched off properly when someone leaves.
Updates, antivirus and backups checked
We keep Windows and apps patched, watch your security software and check your backups actually work.
Phones, Wi-Fi and printers sorted
The everyday things that stop a team working, handled by the same people who know your setup.
A quarterly review
Every three months we look at what's ageing, what's coming up and what it will cost, so nothing is a surprise.

If something isn't covered, we tell you and give you a fixed price before doing any chargeable work.
Need more than day-to-day support?
For growing businesses that want someone to own their IT plans, budgets and suppliers, our Fractional IT Lead service is £750 a month. It works on its own or alongside Corvo Care.

What counts as a person?
Anyone who uses a computer or a work email account. Shared mailboxes, printers and other devices don't count.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. We handle the handover, collect your admin passwords and licences, and document your setup so nothing gets lost.
Do you fix problems remotely or on site?
Both. Most issues are fixed remotely within minutes. If something needs hands on, we come to you.
What if we need something that isn't covered?
We tell you before starting and give you a fixed price. You never pay for work you didn't agree to.
