Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 in October 2025. Businesses that stayed now pay for security updates, and that price doubles every year. We check every PC, upgrade the ones that can be upgraded and plan the rest.

The Windows 11 licence itself is free for PCs with a genuine Windows 10 licence that meet Microsoft's requirements. You're paying for the work, not the software.
What if a PC can't run Windows 11?
Windows 11 needs a TPM 2.0 security chip, Secure Boot and a supported processor. Most business PCs bought from around 2018 onwards qualify. For the ones that don't, you get three options with prices:
Pay for updates for now
Enrol it in Microsoft's paid security updates as a stopgap while you budget for a replacement.
Retire it
If it's barely used, we wipe it securely and take it out of service.

Is it safe to keep using Windows 10?
Without security updates, every new flaw found in Windows 10 stays open on your PCs. Paid updates buy time, but the cost doubles each year.
Will I lose my files or programs?
No. An in-place upgrade keeps your files, apps and settings. We back everything up first anyway.
How long does each upgrade take?
Usually one to two hours per PC, and most of that is waiting. We schedule them so your team keeps working.
