What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number if given, team size, what you need help with and your message. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked us to.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. It is processed by the services that run our website, form and email, including our website host and Microsoft 365. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after our work ends, for accounting and legal reasons.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing harvey@corvo-it.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
