Pricing questions
Do your prices include VAT?
We're not VAT registered at the moment, so there's no VAT to add.
Why do you publish your prices?
So you know roughly what things cost before you pick up the phone. Your exact price is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
What counts as a person for Corvo Care?
Anyone who uses a computer or a work email account. Shared mailboxes, printers and other devices don't count.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. New hardware, software licences and anything outside the agreed work are always quoted first.
